Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the following terms and conditions are met:

Terms & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Special Items: For evening, party, and cocktail dresses, return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exclusions: We have a no-return policy on beauty products for hygiene reasons.
  • Packaging: Products must be returned in the original DC branded bag with the receipt intact.
  • Condition: Items must be in their new, original state. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is used, damaged, or soiled.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on SALE cannot be refunded in cash; they will be refunded to your DC Wallet.

Return & Exchange Procedure

The Process:

  1. A courier will be sent to pick up the product within 3 to 5 working days.
  2. For Exchanges: We pick up the original item first, then refund the amount to your DC Wallet to allow for a new purchase.
  3. For Refunds: Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
  4. Timeline: The refund procedure takes 7 to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
